The platform is API-first and multi-tenant: country → island → region → facility → department → ward → room → bed. Each role sees precisely the data its work requires.

A single lifelong COM-PAT identifier per citizen, shared by every facility on all three islands.

Five-level triage with timestamps from arrival to disposition, plus ambulance dispatch.

Consultations, examinations, ICD-10 diagnoses and care plans in one longitudinal record.

Wards & Bed Management

Nothing is erased

Clinical and financial records cannot be hard-deleted. Corrections are recorded as auditable amendments with the author, role and timestamp.

Evidence for the Ministry

Births, deaths, maternal outcomes, triage mix and bed occupancy aggregate automatically into national indicators by island.
